PizzAut is an innovative model of social inclusion, a laboratory always in turmoil that demonstrates how barriers are often only in our heads and not in our hearts.
It is an opportunity for many autistic children to gain dignity and autonomy through work, because together we can nurture inclusion.
Pizza is simple and genuine, family friendly and affordable. Pizza allows you to set your imagination free, it is quick, but it is also an occasion for celebration and conviviality among loved ones.
It is also the most exported Italian product in the world, and PizzAut’s goal is to succeed in exporting the social inclusion of autistic people as well.
AutAcademy offers professional training to autistic children whom we tutor while respecting each person's time and abilities. We also bring our experience to schools, businesses , and all settings that want to learn to be more inclusive.
PizzAut restaurants are run entirely by autistic teens, with the support of some neurotypicals.
We also help companies build pathways to employment for autistic people.
PizzAut is not only training and employment but also autonomy. Through our Housing Autonomy Gyms, we help girls and boys with autism learn to live on their own so that, one day, they will not be forced to a fate in an institution. The After Us begins now.
There are more than 600,000 people with autism in Italy, and almost none of them are in the workforce.

The first PizzAut restaurant was opened in Cassina de’ Pecchi in the 2021 as the crowning achievement of a dream that seemed unattainable. A place run entirely by autistic kids, a curated and inclusive environment where you can feed your soul as well. A place where you can find quality and short supply chain products, where haste is not allowed but, above all, where you can eat well in order to do good.
In 2024, the second PizzAut Restaurant in Monza was born, an even larger and more engaging place of inclusion that received the honor of being inaugurated by the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella.
